What gemstones do you offer?

Do you have a price list for engagement rings and jewelry?

For on-hand jewelry, you may browse the “On Hand” section of our website. You may also visit our Instagram page to view our available pieces.

For custom engagement rings, our website provides starting prices for designs using round Brilyo Moissanites, lab-grown diamonds, and natural diamonds, based on the minimum center stone carat size available for each design.

The starting price includes your preferred metal option. Final pricing may vary depending on the diamond or gemstone shape, carat size, quality, metal, and other custom specifications.

Are moissanites and lab-grown diamonds the same?

No. Moissanites and lab-grown diamonds are different gemstones.

Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds with the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as natural diamonds. Moissanite, on the other hand, is a different gemstone with its own chemical composition and optical characteristics.

Brilyo Moissanites are specially crafted to offer a diamond-like appearance while reducing the pronounced rainbow or “fire” effect commonly associated with moissanite.

Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds.

Both lab-grown and natural diamonds have the same fundamental chemical composition and crystal structure, and both can be evaluated and graded by independent gemological laboratories such as the GIA and IGI.

The primary distinction between them is their origin: natural diamonds form within the Earth through natural geological processes, while lab-grown diamonds are created using controlled technological processes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss shipping arrangements and the requirements for your destination.

Can you create other types of jewelry?

Yes. In addition to engagement rings and wedding rings, we have crafted a wide variety of fine jewelry, including earrings, necklaces, pendants, bracelets, and tiaras.

Do you offer layaway or installment plans?

Yes. We offer flexible payment options for your Brilyo jewelry purchase.

For layaway, we offer a 3-month payment plan with 0% interest. Our usual arrangement is a 60% down payment, although we can also accept a 40% initial deposit with flexible terms for the remaining 60% balance, provided the full balance is paid within 3 months.

For credit card installment, we offer 0% interest installment plans for up to 12 months through our participating partner banks:

We also offer up to 36 months of regular installment terms for BDO credit card holders.

Where is Brilyo Jewelry located?

Brilyo Jewelry is located at Level 6, East Wing, Shangri-La Plaza, Mandaluyong City, Philippines.

What are your showroom hours?

Our showroom is open Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

What is the lead time for custom engagement rings?

Our current production lead time for custom jewelry and engagement rings is approximately 7–9 weeks. An expedited production option of 5–7 weeks may be available for an additional fee.

For on-hand loose diamonds purchased from us, the standard lead time is approximately 7 weeks, with an expedited option of approximately 5 weeks.

Every Brilyo jewelry piece is carefully produced according to your approved specifications and our quality standards.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept cash, bank deposits and transfers, and credit card payments through PayPal. We also accept checks for the initial down payment of your jewelry piece.

For credit card installments, we offer up to 36 months of regular installment terms for BDO credit card holders.

How do I clean and care for my jewelry?

An easy way to keep your jewelry looking beautiful is to soak it in a gentle cleaning solution, such as water with a few drops of mild dish soap. After soaking, use a soft, clean toothbrush to gently remove dirt from the piece.

How often your jewelry needs cleaning depends on the piece and how frequently you wear it. Jewelry worn every day generally requires more frequent cleaning than pieces worn occasionally. Designs with intricate settings, pavé details, and small spaces may also collect dirt more easily.

Do you offer resetting services? Can I use my own jewelry or gemstone?

Yes, we may be able to incorporate your existing jewelry or gemstone into a new custom piece, subject to our requirements and assessment. Since each project is evaluated individually, please contact our team to discuss your existing piece and learn more about the requirements, process, and available customization options.

Are Brilyo jewelry pieces pawnable?

Yes. Our jewelry pieces are made with solid 14K gold, 18K gold, or 950 platinum and may be pawnable, subject to the policies and valuation requirements of the individual pawnshop or financial institution.

Do Brilyo Moissanites cloud or lose their brilliance over time?

Brilyo Moissanites do not naturally cloud or lose their inherent brilliance over time. With proper care, they can remain beautiful for many years.

Regular cleaning is recommended to remove dirt, oils, and product buildup that may temporarily affect the appearance and sparkle of the stone. Proper jewelry care can help maintain the brilliance of your Brilyo Moissanite.
