Sales and Customer Experience Associate
We are looking for a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will be actively engaging with customers both online and in-person, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet or exceed company sales targets.
Qualifications
At least 1 year work experience
Must have a true passion for helping people and must be a team player
Knowledge in fine jewelry is not required, but a plus
Must be willing to work 5 days a week
Must be willing to work onsite in our Showroom in Shangri-la Plaza, Mandaluyong

Main Job Scope
- Responding to customer inquiries in all social media channels, phone, and e-mail
- Actively promote and sell Brilyo Jewelry products and services through effective communication and persuasive sales techniques, with the aim of meeting company sales targets
- Conducting online and in-person client consultations/appointments to present jewelry in our showroom
- Creating a positive bespoke experience in a luxury goods environment
- Assisting in the end-to-end sales process
Base salary: P27k + Performance Bonus of up to P21k
