FAQ

How do I find my ring size?

Kindly visit this page for a guide on how to get your ring size.

What if I get the wrong size?

Only simple ring designs can be resized that's why it is very important to know the right size. If you have received your ring and you have ordered the incorrect size, the first thing to do is to establish your correct ring size in US standard sizing, either by contacting us or visiting a local jeweller. Once you have this, contact our team to organize how best to resize your ring. Resizing takes between 1-2 weeks.

How long is your production time?

Each piece is specially made according to each client's preferences. Our production lead time to craft your dream ring usually takes around 4-6 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Contact us prior to ordering so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Do you do remodelling or resetting?

We do not remodel existing jewelry.

Can I supply my own stone?

Unfortunately, we do not work with client sourced stones. If you have a specific type of stone or gem that you're hoping to use in a custom piece, please contact our team so we can source one for you through our trusted suppliers.

Do you offer payment plans?

We can accept 60% downpayment upon confirmation of order and 40% before delivery of the item which is spaced around 4-6 weeks apart.

Can I return my order?

Because each piece is custom made to order, we are unable to offer refunds. Due to this, please take extra care when choosing your design.

How do I clean my jewelry piece and how often should I do it?

An easy way to keep your jewelry looking beautiful is to soak it in a gentle degreasing solution such as water with a few drops of mild dish soap. After you remove the diamond from the cleaning solution, use a soft, clean toothbrush to remove any remaining dirt.

There's no specific time when your piece will need cleaning - it's really based on the piece and how you wear it. If you wear a piece everyday, it will need cleaning more regularly than a piece you only wear on occasion. Generally, if your piece has settings or lots of intricate detail with more spaces and little tight areas for dirt to build up in then it will need cleaning more frequently than something simpler in design. If you have a plain band with no stones then it will probably never need to be cleaned as there's nowhere for dirt to adhere to. The best thing is to go by eye and clean your pieces when you notice them losing their sparkle.
