We offer in-person client consultations where you can enjoy our complimentary amenities and view our samples. We also offer full online transactions and virtual client consultations, so you can discuss your preferences at the comfort of your own home.

Quotation

Once you're decided with your design pegs and preferred specs, we'll draft you your invoice which includes your order details and quotation. Learn more about your payment options here.

Upon your initial down payment, we will proceed with crafting your jewelry piece. As all our pieces are custom made in Australia and go through a rigorous quality check, our current lead production time is 8-10 weeks. This may be expedited to 6-7 weeks.

For loose diamonds purchased from us, lead time when custom set into a design is 7 weeks. This may also be expedited to 5 weeks. Learn more here.

CAD Model

To make sure that your jewelry piece is crafted exactly the way you desire, we provide you a 3D CAD model within 3 weeks after your initial down payment.

Also known as a computer aided model, this model details your jewelry piece's exact measurements and dimensions, showing you how it would look like before it goes into actual production.

Production

Once the final CAD model is approved, production will take 5-7 weeks as our expert jewelers in Australia craft your piece.

Each jewelry piece that we produce is given utmost attention to make sure that it is exactly how you envisioned it to be and that it follows our strict quality standards.
